Refund/Exchange policy
At ELVT activewear, we understand that shopping for fitness apparel can sometimes be a challenge. Our goal is to ensure that your experience is as smooth and satisfying as possible. This is why we have established a customer-centric return policy that prioritizes your needs and preferences.
Our return policy provides a generous 14-day window from the date you receive your items to initiate a return request. This time frame is designed to give you ample opportunity to evaluate your purchases, ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your selection. We believe that having the time to assess your items is crucial in making informed decisions about your fitness apparel.
To qualify for a return, it is essential that the items are in the same condition as when they were received. This means that they should be unworn or unused, with all original tags still attached, and packaged in their original packaging. We want to ensure that every customer receives products that meet our high standards, and this policy helps us maintain that quality.
Initiating a return is straightforward. If you find that you need to return an item, simply reach out to us via email at support@elvtactivewear.com. Our dedicated customer service team is here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding the return process. We aim to respond promptly to ensure that your needs are met without delay.
We also encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We take these matters seriously and will work diligently to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
Step 1: Email support@elvtactivewear.com, stating your order number to notify ELVT of your intention to return an item.
Step 2: UAE Orders - Arrange Pick up with Courier. This will cost 35 AED in UAE which will be deducted from your refund.
International Returns on orders outside of UAE - Full cost of courier, collection and return to be covered by the customer.
Step 3: Returned Item(s) Received - We have received your return items and we can confirm they meet all return requirements so we will be issuing your refund accordingly.
International Returns
To return your items we do advise that all customers return their items with tracked and signed for postage. ELVT are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
Faulty Item Request & Return
Faulty Items will be refunded or replaced once received and inspected, you must contact our customer service team on support@elvtactivewear.com with your name, order number, fault, and images of fault to organize your faulty return.
Once returned and the item has been investigated, on confirmation of the fault, we shall reimburse the return cost and item cost or reship replacement if the customer prefers.
Faulty items will not be accepted after 30 days from purchase date.
Exchanges
We accept requests for exchanges.
ELVT activewear reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents on the fabric and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Any excessive activity with regards to returning or exchanging items will be reviewed by ELVT activewear, and can be refused at our discretion.
NO EXCEPTIONS TO OUR TERMS WILL BE MADE
