Delivery Information

We aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent delivery across the UAE and internationally. Below are the details for all available delivery options.

Standard Delivery – UAE (1–2 Business Days) – 35 AED

We offer standard delivery across the United Arab Emirates for a flat rate of 35 AED. Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order is placed, it will be processed promptly, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Enjoy free delivery on all UAE orders over 500 AED - no code needed.

International Delivery – 3–6 Business Days

United Kingdom – 50 AED

USA - 90 AED

International orders are usually delivered within 3 to 6 business days, depending on the destination. All international shipments include full tracking for your convenience.

International orders may be subject to VAT, governmental fees, and customs clearance charges, which are not included in the shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing your order to understand any potential charges that may apply.

If you choose to refuse delivery, you may still be liable for the original customs/import duties and the cost of returning the package to us. Once the returned item is received, we will issue a refund for the order total, minus any fees incurred during the return process.

Please also note that we are unable to ship to international PO boxes. If a PO box is entered at checkout, our team will reach out to arrange an alternative address, which may result in delivery delays.
